3. Subscription and Billing

Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by you. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. By subscribing to the Service, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

In no event shall affity be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless affity, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Termination of your Subscription does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

12. Modifications to these Terms

affity reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our website or by email. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which affity operates, without regard to any conflicts of law provisions.

14. Definitions

  • ‘Agreement’ refers to these Terms and Conditions between you and affity.
  • ‘Customer’ means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the affity Service.
